All items available at Simply Ercol Furniture are genuine vintage or antique pieces, hand-selected by us for their exceptional original craftsmanship and structural integrity.

Because these pieces have lived a previous life, they will naturally exhibit minor signs of wear, surface blemishes, or character marks appropriate to their age. We view these imperfections not as flaws, but as a beautiful testament to their history and soul.

Every item undergoes a meticulous restoration process by our army of two using premium stains, finishes, and waxes to give it a stunning new lease of life. We make every effort to photograph and describe our inventory transparently. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are acquiring a uniquely restored vintage piece with authentic age and character, rather than a brand-new, factory-perfect reproduction.

Furniture Returns & Refunds

We want you to absolutely love your restored vintage piece. If you purchase a piece of furniture online and change your mind upon its arrival, you are legally entitled to return it.

• The 14-Day Window: You must notify us via email within 14 days of receiving your item that you wish to return it.

• Return Condition: The item must be returned to our Weedon Bec workshop in the exact, pristine condition it left us. It must not have been altered, used, or damaged.

• Return Shipping Costs: In accordance with UK distance selling regulations, the buyer is entirely responsible for the organization and cost of returning the item to us safely. Because furniture requires specialist handling, we highly recommend using a fully insured, professional furniture courier.

• Processing Your Refund: Once the item is safely back in our workshop and inspected, we will issue a full refund for the original purchase price of the furniture to your original payment method within 5 working days. Please note that original courier shipping fees are non-refundable.
