Susan & I not only restore the furniture we usually deliver to you in person. Therefore we are on hand to answer any questions regarding the restoration process.

You are more than welcome to collect your items from our workshops at either postcode listed above. For areas outside of the free delivery radius please contact us for a quote.
courier service fees are non refundable unless items are damaged or faulty on receipt.
Delivery is made to the nearest access point. Please ensure there is ample parking close to your property to aid us. We will help you wherever possible to move the item into your house. This will be at our discretion as we are not insured to enter your property.
Please contact us for a delivery quote before purchasing. You are more than welcome to collect your item in person. Any additional charges ULEZ, congestion charges are to be paid on top of our quoted delivery charge

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All our items are preloved & are not sold as brand new. Inevitably items may show signs of use. Our restoration process is sympathetic with the age & intended use of such items
Refunds will be offered on items that are found to be damaged or faulty on receipt.
Damaged or faulty items can be replaced, repaired & collected by us
We offer a 14 day refund policy if you change your mind. This excludes custom made pieces where customers have requested specific colours, specifications or has been personalised. It is the customers responsibility to return the items to us in the same condition as received on delivery. Return delivery charges & delivery courier charges are non refundable. Refunds will be paid to the to the same card or bank used to make the purchase
